WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

By creating an account you join our Legends Club, and as a Legend Club member you can:

  • Get 10% off your orders
  • Get access to members-only promotions and offers
  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • Check the status of your orders
  • See any of your past orders
  • Change your account details, including password
  • Store any extra shipping addresses
  • Access our online returns page (to simplify the returns process for online purchases).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAFE IF I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

ARE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS SAVED?

No, we don't save any of your payment details which means you will have to enter them each time you place an order.

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY PAYMENT DETAILS ONLINE?

Yes. We take security seriously. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them on our website.

2. ORDERS
I'M NOT SURE IF I'VE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY ORDER?

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please contact our Customer Service team at onlinestore@hardyakka.com.au.

CAN I FIND OUT WHEN A PRODUCT THAT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK COMES BACK IN?

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer a range of Shipping options for your online orders. Please visit our Shipping and Delivery Information page for more information.

WHERE CAN I FIND A STORE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT FROM?

To buy our products in-store, please visit our Hard Yakka Stockist's page. Alternatively, you can visit your closest Totally Workwear store. Please note that not all retailers maintain all product lines and may not participate in all promotions. Please contact each store individually for stock position and promotional activity.

HOW DO I GET A TAX INVOICE FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once your online order is placed, you’ll receive an order summary / tax invoice via email. If you have a Legends Club website account, you’re also able to log in and view past order details and access tax invoices for those too.

HOW DOES AFTERPAY WORK?

Afterpay allows you to enjoy your shopping now and pay it off in 4 fortnightly interest free instalments^. Available on orders online $1 to $2,000. Conditions apply.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO USE AFTERPAY?

To qualify for Afterpay you must be over 18 years of age, be living in Australia and have a valid form of Australian credit or debit card.

HOW DO I PAY WITH AFTERPAY?

If you are new to Afterpay, download the Afterpay App from Google Play or the App Store, and/or signup online at www.afterpay.com.au.

When in Checkout on hardyakka.com/au, select the Afterpay payment option and follow the prompts to login and complete payment.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH AFTERPAY?

All gift certificates are excluded from purchase with Afterpay. If a gift certificate is added to the basket, Afterpay will not be selectable at Checkout.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?

You can apply the promotion code to your order in the Shopping Cart.

WHY WON'T MY PROMOTION CODE WORK?

It may have expired, been entered incorrectly or not meet the promotion's terms and conditions.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE ON AN ORDER?

No, only one promotion code can be applied per order.

I FORGOT TO ADD A PROMOTION CODE. CAN IT BE APPLIED AFTER?

Promotion codes can only be applied in the Shopping Cart at time of purchase.

HOW DO I CHECK IF A PROMOTION CODE WAS APPLIED?

It will appear in your Shopping Cart and Checkout summary.

WHAT ARE THE GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT WITH A GIFT VOUCHER?

The refund is automatically credited to the original Gift Voucher.

WHO GETS REFUNDED IF I RETURN A GIFT?

The refund is credited to the account or voucher used for the original purchase.
