WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT? 

By creating an account you join our Legends Club, and as a Legend Club member you can: 

  • Get 10% off your orders  
  • Get access to members-only promotions and offers 
  • Check out faster when making a purchase 
  • Check the status of your orders 
  • See any of your past orders 
  • Change your account details, including password 
  • Store any extra shipping addresses 
  • Access our online returns page (to simplify the returns process for online purchases). 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD? 

Don't worry if you forget your password — you can click here and select forgot password to receive a password reset link. 

IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAFE IF I CREATE AN ACCOUNT? 

Yes, your data is safe with Hard Yakka as we are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your account and personal details, and any order details, are protected. To access your details on our website, you need to enter the correct password. Click here for our full privacy policy. 

ARE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS SAVED? 

No, we don't save any of your payment details which means you will have to enter them each time you place an order. 

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY PAYMENT DETAILS ONLINE? 

Yes. We take security seriously. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them on our website. 

 

 

2. ORDERS 

I'M NOT SURE IF I'VE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY ORDER? 

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please contact our Customer Service team at onlinestore@hardyakka.com.au

CAN I FIND OUT WHEN A PRODUCT THAT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK COMES BACK IN?

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

WHERE CAN I FIND A STORE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT FROM? 

To buy our products in-store, please visit our Hard Yakka Stockist's page here. Alternatively, you can visit your closest Totally Workwear store. Please note that not all retailers maintain all product lines and may not participate in all promotions. Please contact each store individually for stock position and promotional activity. 

HOW DO I GET A TAX INVOICE FOR MY ONLINE ORDER? 

Once your online order is placed, you’ll receive an order summary / tax invoice via email, to the email address used for your order. If you have a Legends Club website account, you’re also able to login and view past order details and access tax invoices for these too.

Afterpay allows you to enjoy your shopping now and pay it off in 4 fortnightly interest free instalments ^. Available on orders online $1 to $2,000. Conditions apply.*

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO USE AFTERPAY? 

To qualify for Afterpay you must be over 18 years of age, be living in Australia and have a valid form of Australian credit or debit card. 

 

HOW DO I PAY WITH AFTERPAY? 

If you are new to Afterpay, download the Afterpay App from Google Play or the App Store, and/or signup online at www.afterpay.com.au. Please ensure you have the latest version of the Afterpay App on your mobile device. Then, when in Checkout on kinggee.com/au, select the Afterpay payment option and follow the prompts to login to Afterpay and complete your payment. 

 

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH AFTERPAY? 

All gift certificates are excluded from purchase with Afterpay. If a gift certificate is added to a basket, Afterpay will not be selectable for the customer at Checkout.

6. PROMOTIONS & GIFT VOUCHERS 

 

HOW CAN I FIND THE LATEST DEALS AND OFFERS? 

Our home page will always be updated with the latest and greatest Hard Yakka product and promotions. However, you need to create a member account to access additional members-only offers. 

PROMOTION CODES HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE? 

If you have a promotion code, you can apply the promotion code to your order in the Shopping Cart. 

WHY WON'T MY PROMOTION CODE WORK? 

It may have expired, been entered incorrectly or not be valid if your order does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion. 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE ON AN ORDER? 

No, unfortunately only one promotion code can be applied to each order. 

I FORGOT TO ADD A PROMOTION CODE TO MY ORDER. CAN IT STILL BE APPLIED? 

Promotion codes can only be applied in the Shopping Cart at time of purchase. 

HOW DO I CHECK IF A PROMOTION CODE HAS BEEN APPLIED TO MY ORDER? 

It will appear in the Shopping Cart and in Checkout, applied to the balance of your order. 

WHAT ARE GIFT VOUCHERS? 

Gift vouchers are a great way to share Hard Yakka with your family and friends to. Click here to purchase. 

WHAT CAN I BUY WITH MY GIFT VOUCHER? 

Your gift voucher can be used to purchase any product on the Hard Yakka website. 

WHAT ARE THE GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS? 

Hard Yakka gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue. 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH MY GIFT VOUCHER? 

 

If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will be automatically credited to the original Gift Voucher. 

 

WHO GETS REFUNDED IF I RETURN A GIFT? 

 

The refund will be credited to the original voucher or account used to purchase the gift. 

 

 

7. PRODUCT REVIEWS 

 

WHAT IS AN ONLINE REVIEW? 

 

We love hearing feedback on our products, because as a valued customer your opinion is important to us. We've provided some guidelines to make sure that your feedback remains helpful to all. To keep it fair and consistent we only post reviews that are in adherence with these guidelines. So here's an idea of how best to do it: 

 

  • Keep feedback based on the product only and your experience of using the product, e.g. size, fabric, how it works? 
  • Be honest — tell us what you like about the product and what you don't like about the product 
  • Keep it clean, get to the point and provide helpful feedback 
  • Offensive, racist, crude, inappropriate comments won't be posted. 
  • To protect your privacy we can't post any personal information, so use a nickname for the review. Links to other websites and references to other retailers is also potentially misleading to visitors, so we cannot post this information.
