WHAT IS THE HARD YAKKA RETURNS POLICY?
We will accept returns for exchange or refund, for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days from date of receipt (unworn and in original packaging), or if faulty. Goods must be received by you before they can be returned, and can be returned using a Reply Paid address at no cost to you.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
You can create a new return request using our easy online returns system. All you need is your order number and email address with which you placed the order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Hard Yakka takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find a fault with one of our products, we want to help. You can create a return request for faulty items using our online system. If your order is over 30 days old, contact Customer Service (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm AEDT) for assistance. All return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by Hard Yakka.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Hard Yakka offers three return options:
- Exchange for an alternate size/colour (subject to stock availability)
- Refund to your original method of payment
If your replacement item is unavailable by the time we receive your return, your payment method will be refunded instead.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Please allow up to 30 days from the date you post your item for us to receive and process your return. We'll process your refund as soon as it’s received.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A RETAIL STORE?
Products bought from hardyakka.com.au must be returned through our online system. Items bought in retail stores must be returned to the store they were purchased from.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT VOUCHER?
Refunds for items purchased with a Gift Voucher will be credited back to the same Gift Voucher.
WHO GETS REFUNDED IF I RETURN A GIFT?
The refund will go back to the original payment method used to purchase the gift.
